Zhanna Prashkevich is an expert in the hospitality marketing and customer service. She worked in journalism as author and editor in the Media Link Publishing House (Time Out Almaty, Cosmopolitan Kazakhstan, and Men’s Health) and after that as editor-in-chief of the largest internet portal of Kazakhstan NUR.kz.
She cooperates with the creative agency Good! and in the close partnership has implemented communication projects for a number of major companies of Kazakhstan (Kazakhtelecom, Kaspersky Kazakhstan, Tele2, Assem Ai, etc.).
Since 2008 she acted as art-director of popular city places (held public talks in the Coffeedelia Coffee House) as part of investigations in the customer support area. In 2010 she launched the Cafeteria Café within the Ab Restaurants Management Company. In 2012 New York Times included Cafeteria into the top of Cultural Hub in Central Asia. In 2012-2014 she cooperated with 4 coffee houses as part of the Ab Restaurants (Cafeteria, Coffemania Network, and AROMA Tea House).
Zhanna lives and works in Almaty (Kazakhstan) and in Sofia (Bulgaria). She provides consulting services to companies and organizations on systematic marketing and communications, as well as on hospitality and customer support systems.
She works on a number of studies related to information accessibility of government websites.
She is married and has a daughter.
